do lots of little things to wash your face, not one big medication, I find that doing more little things through out the day helps alot

oil clog up pores , bacteria make a home inside your skin. and then you get pimple, acne ect. That how pimple develop. But i recommended laid off the cola and Freid chicken and a Junk food.

stress isnt a cause of acne, just to let you know. only hormones create acne.
