I did this treatment in india.. just once the result wasn't so good like i was expecting. but still you can give a try maybe we need to perform 3-4 times to have a better result.

i've wanted to have this done since freshman year screwed my skin up.. I've tried all kinds of at home dermabrasions but they've only slightly improved. I use retinol and take extremely good care of my skin but they just wont go away. I wonder how expensive it is. I just want to wake up one day and not have to wear makeup.

Huh? Stress only has so much to do with acne. Most moderate to SEVERE acne is cause by more than stress. Its more like some people are geneticly prone to it than others. Cystic and nodular acne are the worst because it starts so far UNDER the skin that no amount of washing or hygiene can help and it has to be taken care of medically. Some dermatologists run into that one patient that they cannot do anything for because Accutane and lasering won't even cut it for that particular patient.
