Helloo…
Acne Marks or Scars
Here is a simple tip that you can use to reduce your acne scars and pigmentation.
The Oil Cleansing Method
What you will need:
Warm Water
Cold Water
Clean Towels
Castor Oil
Olive Oil
The first thing you need to do is to wash your face gently to remove excess dirt and oils from the surface.
You will then need to warm a clean towel in warm water and apply it to your face for 3 minutes. Do the same thing with the cold water but this time for one minute.
Carry out both the warm water and cold water procedure about 3 times but always finish with cold and then pat dry with another clean towel.
Next mix a small amount of castor oil with a small amount of olive oil. A 50/50 ratio will do just fine. Apply the mixture to your skin and let it stay there for 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a clean towel and you are good to go.
I had severe acne on my face. But then I use is Clinical Super Serum and the condition soon improved. The best thing about the serum is that it also fades post-acne marks and scars on the face. I’m still using it and the spots on my face are gradually fading away.
The worst thing about acne is the scars and the marks it leaves behind. Some of the scars tend to disappear with time but some are so grave that it can be disfiguring which may make our heart sink.
The post acne marks is the hyper pigmented or red marks and is called as the post inflammatory marks. These marks take at least 6-12 months to completely disappear. When these marks last longer than a year then it turns into a scar. A number of things could be done to reduce the redness and to quicken its pace to disappear. There are also a number of home remedies available. Following are some of them.
Rub lemon juice on the scar/marks. This will lighten the color. Apply the juice and leave it on for about 10 minutes. Wash off your face and then apply a sun block lotion.
2) Make a paste of sandalwood powder, black gram powder and rose water. Apply it on the area and I possible leave it overnight. Wash it with cold water the next morning. If you find that it makes you skin too dry then add some milk into it.
If these tips did not work for you, do not lose heart you can still try some other tips. Good Luck!
Bio Oil , I made a mistake by buying Mederma .. It aint helping me a bit. Use clearasil scrub too , that helped me with the acne part. I want my old face backk!
Dermologica’s Dermal Clay Cleaners is great.
You should also consider using rose water as an astringent and at night, have an air purifier running in your room.
oxygen (especially clean filtered oxygen) is known to circulate blood and kill acne-causing bacteria (see article below)

Things to try and/or look for.
1: Do Not Buy Proactive Stuff!
**2: THEY HAVE A PRODUCT BY CLEARASIL JUST FOR ACNE SCARS!!!
http://www.clearasil.us/what_ultra_acne_scar.shtml to look at it.
-If you have any other questions then you can go to Acne.org, they had a section on acne scars

My son gets a treatment at the dermatologist’s office of dry ice and acetone. As you can guess, it sloughs off a fine layer of skin.
Acne affects people of all ages and all races, and treating it is a slow process that requires diligence and patience. Here are some tips to help you get started.
You Will NeedA gentle facial cleanser
Warm water
A towel
Topical acne medication
Sunscreen
Patience
A tissue
Noncomedogenic cosmetics
Shaving cream with benzoyl peroxide
A dermatologist
Prescription acne medicine
Clorox Disinfecting Wipes
Step 1:
Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and warm water when you wake up in the morning and at night just before bed.
Don’t use harsh scrubs on acne—it will only irritate and inflame the acne.
Step 2:
Gently pat your face dry with a towel—don’t rub, or you can extract too much moisture from your face.
Be careful not to wash your face too much, which can irritate your skin. If you have oily skin, try blotting it with a clean tissue instead.
Step 3:
Apply a topical acne medication, either one prescribed by your dermatologist or an over-the-counter cream, lotion, or gel containing benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid.
Benzoyl peroxide reduces a certain kind of bacteria on the skin and salicylic acid helps unclog pores by correcting abnormal skin cell shedding, so one might work better for you than the other.
Step 4:
Use Clorox Disinfecting Wipes and clean your face. This wipes all the dirt off your face/chest/back. This will get rid of the redness of pimples and lower the size.
Step 5:
Protect your skin with a non-comedogenic sunscreen and avoid excess exposure to sunlight. This is always important, but it is especially critical when you’re using topical or internal acne medication, which increases skin’s photosensitivity.
Step 6:
Use only non-comedogenic, water-based cosmetics that are oil-free. There are moisturizers and makeup formulated for acne-prone skin.
Step 7:
If you shave, do so carefully and sparingly. Shaving can easily irritate sensitive skin, so only shave when it is necessary and only in one direction.
Some shaving creams on the market contain benzoyl peroxide, so check the label.
Step 8:
Don’t squeeze, pop, or pinch acne. It can cause further inflammation and even permanent scarring.
Step 9:
Avoid actions that cause repetitive or prolonged contact with the affected area, like holding a phone against your face, wearing sports equipment, or resting your chin on your hand.
Step 10:
Keep your hair clean and out of your face. The natural oils in hair can contribute to acne, as can hair products that contain oil.
Step 11:
If you take proper care of your skin but you still have outbreaks, schedule an appointment with a dermatologist. There are different types of acne that may require different approaches in treatment.
Step 12:
If you’re under a dermatologist’s care, follow his or her instructions carefully. If you’re prescribed an oral medication, take it regularly.
Step 13:
Be patient! Fighting acne is a slow process, and there is no quick fix or immediate cure. But sooner or later you’ll win the battle—and your skin will thank you for it.
Acne is one of the most common skin afflictions in the U.S., and 95% of those affected first suffer from it in their teens.

Chemical peels can be used for shallower acne scars, while dermabrasion can penetrate the skin at a deeper level.
Laser treatments work, but they are very expensive. The Murad line works great for all types of skin problems. It uses natural products plus glycolic acid. Dr. Murad is brilliant and his products are now sold in beauty supply houses, department stores or on-line at murad.com
I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.
Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.
You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.
Well good luck and best wishes.

I’m sorry to tell you this, but there really is no way of getting rid of acne. But you CAN try to prevent it.
1. If your a girl, try to keep your hair out of your face, such as wearing it in a tight pony-tail or something.
2. Wash your face daily. Use a soft wet cloth and wash your whole face fully.
3. To prevent Scarring, NEVER pop or squeeze your acne.
Hope I Helped.
topical creams did not work for me. but i tried therasol acne treatment from visol.com after reading reports on the effectivenss of its technology and it has worked very well for me. the company has recently come up with one small pocket device for individual zit you may want to check out.
Agree with Bio Oil, it can really work.
STOP popping the spots, also known as pimples and zits. This may make the pimple look worse due to inflammation and irritation. Popping a zit can spread infection under the skin and produce even more pimples than before. If you do pop a spot then immediately clean it with soap and water or rubbing alcohol in order to prevent infection. If a pimple erupts in a particularly bothersome place, learn how to target a single pimple. And if you’re determined to pop, learn how to pop a pimple safely and properly. If you do pop a pimple and you want to avoid anything resembling Western medicine, one thing to try is put a mixture of honey and ground cinnamon on the spot. Put a band-aid on it also. You may also want to stay away from stress.
check your shampoo….you prob have rly sensative skin…..you have to get a shampoo with no lureath or lary sulfate in itl (spelling) sulfate sodium is bad…..go on walgreens and search natural shampoo try it out for 3 weeks and see if your skin clear up…also milk is lry bad for peopel with acne
How to Get Rid of Acne Fast
1. Drinking a lot of water can help eliminate and prevent acne because water is very effective in removing harmful toxins in the body. Therefore, you have to make sure to drink at least eight glasses of water daily.
2. Garlic is known to be potent in getting rid of acne fast. To use garlic as acne remedy, massage it onto face several times a day for one week. Regular garlic massage can help clear your pores and protect it from acne-causing bacteria.
3. To get rid of acne naturally, it is recommended to use rosehip seed oil, which is commonly used in many cosmetic products. Rosehip seed oil can get rid of your acne scars. To get the most benefits of rosehip seed oil, massage it on the affected areas for about fifteen minutes, a couple of times a day.
4. Another great suggestion to get rid of acne fast is to maintain a healthy eating habit. Make sure to avoid foods that are high in vegetable oils, sugar and saturated fats. These foods include cakes, cookies, chocolates, pizza, fast food and processed foods. Stick to healthy foods including vegetables, fruits and lean meats such as tuna, chicken breasts and turkey.

Acne can be embarrassing at the best of times. I would try going into a site called Epinions.com and find out what users are saying about various products. Good hygene which involves regular bathing helps a lot. Good internal health is a major contributor to healthy skin. Consider going to see a wholistic health professional, they have some great supplements. Try and stay away from the junk foods. I’ve also had good luck with a product called Acnezine. Below are a couple of articles I found you might find helpful. All the best!
