I went to a couple of dermatologist and they told me food has nothing to do with my acne and I’m not satisfied with their reply and ofcourse tried their prescription and seems not working. Now u gave me hope and know how to handle it. thanks! o BTW doc all of the nutrients ur saying can find in one vitamin right? called centrum? and also can I still take a vitamin while taking other medication like isoniazid?
yes..there are single vitamins that have ALL the nutrients that are needed…Usually pharmaceutical grade from doctors offices. Centrum and most one a days are very unabsorbable and dont have all the things I talked about on the list. They need to be cold processed nutrients with synergistic and complementary ingredients with proper proportions for effectiveness. Not really going to find this in a store…Most natural doctors carry these potent types of nutrient formulas.

i hate it it made my skin all peely! i use essential oils like tea tree and lavender. i also use honey.

dr i jus wanna thanku for makin this video. im an Lpn and was thinkin that it cld b my liver. and the fact that i dont drink water until im really thirsty. i drink coffee and soft drinks. a mixture of fast food and some healthy foods like salmon and tilapia. i take vitamins off and on. my acne is mild to moderate but it really affects my esteem. and i do realize that some people hav beautiful skin and eat bad and all kinda stuff. but were all individuals and u hav to find out what your body want
