Healthy Skin Care : What Causes Back Acne?

helpfull tips for treating acne.

*keep an eye on everything going in and out of your body.
*there are teas that you can drink that clear toxins in your body that may be causing bad skin.
*washing with tea tree soap makes it really hard for acne to spread.
*zinc is a very powerful treatment but make sure you take tablets that include copper as it drains copper from your blood taking away energy. 15mg in the AM and 15mg at PM.
(never take zinc on an empty stomach!)

*roaccatine is good for clearing up your skin but has negative side effects.
*therapy, stress has a big part in the spreading of acne. don't hold your anger inside, talk about problems you have in life even if you just talk out loud on your own.
*sunbeds are good for treating acne on a small scale.
*laser treatment can help stop acne and WILL heal scaring.

has anyone tried bathing/showering with baby oil? I found that it quite works…. three days only and my back and chest is looking s good, only problem left is my face, just scared to use the baby oil on there

I have achne on my back, it doesn't clear it up completely but it does mke your skin moisturized so that oil doesn't have to clog up on your skin to make it moist…. and then you have less bacachne
after you've washed your back with a facial cleanser squirt baby oil over your shoulders and key bone then just rub it done over your chest and back where the achne occurs and then DO NOT use cream if you're using babyoil it makes the layer too thick and doubles the achne

I have no break outs when I use baby oil.. and once a day is enough
