Acne Treatment?
I just used toothpaste as an acne treatment for the 3rd time and it just started burning so I washed it off and my face is really pink and hot. I don’t want to use traditional treatments from stores. Do you know any other ways I can treat my acne (it’s pretty light)?
try going to the dermatologist. he/she will prescribe you something for your face. something that won’t completely feel off your skin so it can release all the oil causing the acne, since your acne isn’t that bad. but he/she’ll prescribe something just right for your type of skin and the severity of your acne. it’s not an embarassing thing to go to the dermatologist, and if it is for you, then no one has to know…you can just say you have a doctor’s appointment. lol well i hope this helps.
also if you want to go completely natural, try Aubrey Organics face wash and moisturizer, etc. it’s made completely of natural stuff and it works. so you might want to give that a try. and remember, even if your skin is oily, still put moisturizer on, because if you don’t and your skin starts getting a little dry, your face will start producing oil, and if your skin is already oily, it will produce more oil and it will eventually get trapped in your pores and you’ll break out even more. so yea hope these tips helped. 
Use rubbing alcohol!! It works really well!
Rubbing alcohol, peroxide or a very very small amount of bleach (however the bleach could irritate while the other 2 will not).

Acne Vitamin Treatment
Two vitamins, namely, niacin and vitamin A have been used successfully to treat acne. Vitamin therapy should comprise the intake of 100 mg niacin, three times daily, and 50,000 international units of vitamin A, three times daily. Vitamin E, 400 mg, should be taken once daily. Continue this therapy for a month.
Zinc Treatment for Acne
Zinc is another effective remedy in the area of nutrition that seems to offer new promise of help for acne. It has shown dramatic results in some cases. To begin with, the patient should take only an ‘all-fruit’ diet for a week, taking three meals a day, of fresh juicy fruits, such as apples, pears, grapes, grapefruit, pineapples, and peaches. Only unsweetened lemon or plain water, either hot or cold, should be drunk and nothing else.
Well-balanced Acne diet
After the one-week, all-fruit diet, the patient can gradually adopt a well-balanced diet with emphasis on raw foods, especially fresh fruit and vegetables, sprouted seeds, raw nuts, and wholegrain cereals, particularly millet and brown rice. Further short periods of the ‘all-fruit’ diet for three days or so may be necessary at a monthly interval till the skin’s condition improves.
Avoid strong tea/coffee, soft drinks and processed foods
Meats, sugar, strong tea or coffee, condiments, pickles, soft drinks, candies, ice cream, refined and processed foods should be avoided as far as possible.
