EDIT: sometimes the best treatment doesn't cost you a ton of money. the only way to keep you skin healthy though is to keep yourself healthy. that means keep yourself (and your skin) very well hydrated. exercise will help you not only relieve stress and become more healthy, but when you sweat, it cleans out your pores. aloe vera will help keep your skin hydrated.

you might also want to try not touching your face as often, keep your hair away from your face, and not wear makeup.

You should go see your doctor if to prescribe you with acne medicine if it is really that severe or maybe you should go to your doctor anyway for help.
However, if it is not severe then you could go on youtube and look for ways to get rid of acne. I hear if you put honey on the pimple, somehow it will go away.
Anyway, I use this thing called Timeless. It is very good and gets rid of my pimples. However, being a teenager, there are always new ones sprouting up time to time. But overall this treatment has helped keep my face clean. BTW Proactive did not work me either. ):..
