what is a really good acne treatment that will clear pimples?
i have some pimples on my face and i would really like to get rid of them
i heard Proactive was good
and also Exposed

oh and a product that keeps pimples away after it gets rid of them would be good

anything with salicylic acid works well for little pimples.
you need to use it consistently for about 4-6 weeks to see a difference (but that’s the same as any other acne treatment)
Benzaclin or Benzamycin. Put it on when you go to bed, and it dries up everything!
I’ve tried the proactive and it does work.
