anything with salicylic acid works well for little pimples.
you need to use it consistently for about 4-6 weeks to see a difference (but that's the same as any other acne treatment)
Benzaclin or Benzamycin. Put it on when you go to bed, and it dries up everything!
I've tried the proactive and it does work.
Proactive works well!
