By doing a proper facial at a beautician. because she will do an intensive treatment and she will remove ur blackheads as if they r left there they will cause pimples. and then as a follow up at home tell her to give u a facial wash, a toner and a moisturiser oil control. as a toner u can also use witch hazel coz its an astringent. do not put hot water on ur face or steam as this makes the problem worse. if products dont work i suggest you to go to a dermatologist. hope this helps ps never ever use soap it really makes harm for ur sklin!!!
