What is the best way to get rid of acne?

I have bad acne at the moment. I am using water and spot cream, but it keeps returning, are there any other ways to get rid of it for good, without popping them, or paying for expensive cosmetics?

You are not going to get rid of it during adolescence, you are just going to keep it controlled. Do that with a benzol peroxide product.
If it is mild you can use Noxema as a facial wash. Then put a clump on any problem acne bumps when you go to bed. In the morning, put more on, but rub it in so it can't be seen, before going out.
The best way to get rid of acne does not lie in expensive creams, medication or cosmetic surgery.
Do not believe what you are told by the medical establishment, that there is no link between diet, lifestyle and the outbreak of acne.
