Can Maca Cure Acne?

Hey, I am a holistic nutritionist in , I am also fair skinned with strawberry hair. I am pitta, high heat, and have suffered form cystic acne for a few years on and off myself. Cooling foods like chlorophyll and other blue green algae have helped alot. What I have found has helped clear up my skin is removing dairy and gluten. I am sensitive to these foods and eating them puts stress on my body witch then effects my cortisol levels which in turn has resulted in hormonal imbalances.
Did you excercise? Someone told me you need to excercise. I know you do yoga, but …. >.> I still have a hard time calling yoga excercise. lol

Hi, I have been using Maca for a few weeks now, and it has cleared my skin up beautifully, I did get a couple of spots when my cycle began, but not as bad as usual. My skin is less oily too. Sorry to hear you had bad effects from taking it.

But I felt pretty good overall
