i do avoid fats but i think it’s hormonal… the problem is that every time i go to see a doctor about it they say i have to take anti-baby pills and i don’t want to :/
Do the fast. Fats usually have nothing to do with Acne. It’s toxins building up in your liver/intestines. Some people just can’t eliminate them well. Do the fast and stay away from the pill, it does not help. In fact that puts more toxins in your body. None of the ‘medicines’ work long term. Trust me, I was on them all… Pill, Accutane, extended antibiotics for a whole year every day. The only thing that worked was this natural method.

@AtinaAtrabilious for me it did more damage than help. The only thing that works is the apple fast for me. Period! Sorry you had such a bad experience also. Did you have a horrible time cancelling your delivery? That took months. Guthy Renker sucks.

I managed to find it at a mall and the sales lady made Proactiv sound like such an amazing ‘chemical’.

@shanth92 Try Aquaphor. Apply it on your lips at bedtime and throughout the day as needed. It’s a vasoline based product but is more effective than just vasoline. You can find it at most stores (Walgreens, Walmart, local super market) in the cream/lotion section.
So all you have to do is eat apples for three days? :S or are there other steps you need to follow? :S

shitttt our guy is cured . i have the apples , the oil , the water , grape juice , enema and the olive oil and iam ready to go . i tried every thing u could imagine and all of them did not work , i hope this will work . iam gonna do it after my exams , that will be in world cup finals time , so i will be enjoing the matches while iam fasting.

The book says to give a gap of at least three weeks between each time you do the fast. And are you sure you didn’t cheat during the detox? Like even a little bit? Cuz that counts too..
