My skin can get oily and is acne prone, what liquid foundations are good for this but look natural?

I have been taking minocycline for over 6months so I have to have a checkup to make sure I havent suffered any serious side effects. Im only 14 so I dont wanna be putting my body at risk for another 5 or so years. Is there a less harmful way of treating acne?

A few months ago i went to my doctor's and she gave me tetralysal which i have to take for 3 months, im currently using l'oreal perfect clean face wash but i want to know if there is something more effective for acne skin.
